Note: For every 1 billion CBO generated, the output from bets will be halved as follows:

0.1-1 billion: 10% output for each valid bet

1.1 billion - 2 billion: 5% output per valid bet

2.2 - 3 billion: 2.5% of output per active bet

And so on until 7 billion total CBO have been minted through bets.
